Triple Corridor Grading: Grading for the future Battery Boulevard right-of-way, hydro transmission line (TX2), and the shunting yard that will enable rail access across the industrial park.

YESS1 and YESS2 Roads: Earthworks and servicing are underway, with Electric Avenue set to connect Ron McNeil Line and provide access to critical areas of the park.

Rail Bridge Foundations: Construction is progressing, with structural steel fabricated for the bridge, ensuring smooth connectivity within the site.

HydroOne Substation Project: Foundations are being poured, with fill placement advancing to power the site’s future operations.

​With a tight schedule and dedicated teams, the site is on track to complete major milestones before winter, setting the stage for an impactful year ahead for St. Thomas and its economic growth.
