In this video, we explore the far northwest corner of the site, where the massive grading project for PowerCo's 380-acre factory site is nearing completion. With over 3.5 million cubic meters of earth moved this project is a true marvel!

Mike is joined by Mayor Joe Preston to discuss the significant cost savings and efficiency achieved by keeping the contractors on site. This allows work to continue seamlessly across different areas, including the triple corridor, Electric Avenue, Battery Boulevard, and stormwater management ponds.
